Asian Coast Development Ltd. (ACDL) is an international development company specializing in integrated resorts. Its primary focus is the Ho Tram Strip, a large-scale, multi-phase integrated resort project located in Ba Ria – Vung Tau province, Vietnam, approximately two hours from Ho Chi Minh City. The project sits on 164 hectares of beachfront property and includes several components, such as the InterContinental Grand Ho Tram, the Holiday Inn Resort Ho Tram Beach, and The Bluffs Ho Tram, a Greg Norman designed championship golf course. ACDL operates through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Ho Tram Project Company, Ltd. (HTP). The company is privately held and is managed by a joint venture between Warburg Pincus and VinaCapital, called Lodgis Hospitality.
