Company TNHH MTV 990 originated from the 990 Living Enterprise of the Ho Chi Minh City Police, established in 1990. Following a government decision in 2008, the company was restructured and recognized as a security company under the Ho Chi Minh City Police in 2010. It officially became TNHH MTV 990 in 2010, with ownership by the Ministry of Public Security. Its main activities include repairing and maintaining vehicles, assembling electronic and telecommunications equipment, installing fire prevention systems, security camera systems, and providing various construction services.
