Ba Ria-Vung Tau House Development Joint Stock Company (HODECO), established in 1990, is a publicly listed company on the Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (ticker symbol HDC) headquartered in Vung Tau, Vietnam. Initially a state-owned enterprise, HODECO was later privatized in 2001. The company is a key player in Vietnam's real estate sector, specializing in developing residential areas, industrial parks, and civil works. Their expertise also extends to construction and installation of residential buildings, commercial centers, and hotels. HODECO has significantly contributed to Vietnam's urbanization with over 30 completed projects, providing more than 7,000 housing units.
