LICOGI Corporation - JSC is a major construction company under Vietnam's Ministry of Construction and is headquartered in Ha Noi, Vietnam. Established in 1960 as the Mechanical Construction Company from the Mechanical Construction Team of the former Ministry of Hydraulics and Architecture, LICOGI transformed into its current joint-stock form in 2015, following a privatization decision by the government.
