Phu My Hung Development Corporation, established in 1993, is a joint venture between Phu My Hung Asia Holdings (formerly CT&D Group of Taiwan) and Tan Thuan Industrial Promotion Company (IPC), a subsidiary of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee. Headquartered in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, the privately held company boasts more than 200 employees and specializes in real estate development, focusing on building and managing the Phu My Hung urban area, a planned community in District 7.
