PMGroup or Phu My Bridge Corporation (PMC), formerly Phu My Bridge BOT Joint Stock Company, is a private consortium responsible for the construction and operation of the Phu My Bridge in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The company was contracted under a build-operate-transfer (BOT) agreement in 2004 with a 30-year license to operate the toll bridge. The consortium comprises Hanoi Construction Company, Investco, Cienco 620, Thanh Danh Co, and CII. The Phu My Bridge, a cable-stayed bridge spanning the Saigon River, connects Districts 2 and 7, and forms a key part of Ho Chi Minh City's outer ring road. The bridge, with a main span of 380 meters and a total length of 2,100 meters, officially opened in September 2009.
