SALA Design Group, founded in Hong Kong in 2007 by Ashley Sutch and Scott Dyde, is a landscape design and planning firm specializing in projects throughout Southeast Asia. The name "SALA" originates from a Thai word referring to an open-air pavilion, reflecting the firm's focus on creating outdoor spaces. Initially, the two founders worked together in the United States before establishing their company in Hong Kong.
