UOA Group, founded in 1987 by Malaysian engineers Kong Chong Soon and Kong Pak Lim, is a leading property development and investment company primarily operating in Malaysia. Originally listed on the Australian Stock Exchange as United Overseas Australia Ltd, the group moved its headquarters to Kuala Lumpur in 1989. UOA has an extensive portfolio of commercial and residential projects, most notably the Bangsar South integrated city development in Kuala Lumpur. In addition to property development and construction, UOA also manages a substantial investment portfolio and operates UOA REIT (Real Estate Investment Trust), listed on Bursa Malaysia.
