VINA 2, formerly known as Xuan Hoa Construction Company, was established in 1970 by the Ministry of Construction. In 1995, it merged with Vietnam Construction and Import-Export Joint Stock Corporation and became Vietnam Construction Company No.2. After further restructuring and name changes, it is now VINA2 Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company, headquartered in Hanoi, Vietnam. VINA2 specializes in a wide range of construction activities, including civil and industrial works, transport infrastructure, and real estate development.
