Riverpark Residence is a residential project by Phu My Hung Corporation, located in District 7 of Ho Chi Minh City. The project consists of three buildings, each with 13 to 26 stories, and offers 290 condos and 14 retail store spaces. The project is designed by Axel Korn Architektur, a German architecture firm. The buildings are arranged in an ellipse shape, which creates maximum open spaces and beautiful looks from both inside and outside. The floor area of the condos ranges from 123 to 133 m², with two or three bedrooms per unit.
