Airports Corporation of Vietnam (ACV) is a joint-stock company, state-owned, headquartered in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Established in 2012, through the merger of three regional airport authorities, ACV operates under the Ministry of Transport. The corporation manages 22 of Vietnam's 23 airports, including 10 international and 12 domestic airports, and also holds stakes in various subsidiaries and joint ventures.
