Capital Place is a Grade A office building in Hanoi, Vietnam. It has 37 floors and 100,000 square meters of office and retail space. It was the first building in Hanoi to acquire LEED Gold Certification, an international standard certification for green architecture. The project has been acquired by Capitaland from Vingroup, and developed in cooporation with Mitsubishi Estate.
