Empire 88 Tower is a 398 m tall skyscraper within the Empire City mixed-use developement in Thu Thiem Urban Area, Ho Chi Minh City, and is being developed by a joint venture between Tiến Phước, Keppel Land, Tran Thai, and Gaw Capital Partners. The project includes residential condos, serviced apartments, luxury hotel, and an observation deck with expansive views over the Saigon River and CBD.
